Two high school seniors in Indonesia have been expelled for forcing 77 seventh-graders to eat human feces with a spoon, according to reports.
The two sickos, who were in charge of hygiene at the Mother of All Nations Catholic seminary school in East Nusa Tenggara Province, discovered a plastic bag filled with the feces in an empty cupboard on Feb. 19, the Jakarta Post reported.
One of the younger students said the seniors rounded up all 89 seventh-graders in the dorm to find out where the gross package came from — but when no one fessed up, they were force-fed its vile contents and sworn to secrecy.
But one of the victims told their parents about the incident and they reported it on the school’s WhatsApp group two days later, according to the news outlet.
It turned out the feces belonged to one of the students who relieved himself in the bag because he could not make it to a bathroom in time, according to Vice.
“The [school] has decided to expel the two students,” the school’s director, Father Deodatus Du’u, said in a statement.
“We humbly conveyed our deepest apologies to all parties, especially to the parents and families of the students in this incident,” he said.
Deodatus also sought to clarify that the victims had not actually “eaten” the feces, saying it just “touched” their mouths or tongues.
Martinus, the father of one of the victims, said he decided to pull his son from the school.
“It would be better to move and start over at another school,” he said, according to the Jakarta Post, which quoted kompas.com.
