Rick and Rachel Sutton are the Grand Prize winners of the second annual Royal Gorge Association of Realtors Holiday Lights Contest.
They were presented with two $50 gift certificates to local restaurants, by Marian DiRito, Della Rieger, and Peggy Dunn, members of the public relations committee for RGAR. The home, located at 2807 N. Fifth St., in Cañon City, gets a lot of attention from passersby as they admire the many lights and holiday decorations in the front yard.
Santa even enjoys the view from the front porch swing.
