HIDE

For when only a Michelin-starred meal will do, Green Park hotspot HIDE has just launched “Hide at Home” to bring discerning Londoners a taste of Ollie Dabbous’ inimitable dishes. A special menu—including such delights as pig with mustard fruit puree, crushed turnip and black pudding, and roast scallop with Jerusalem artichoke and black truffle—will be available for delivery through the Supper app, while Hedonism will provide the perfect wine pairing. Manteca

Manteca will be open to locals for collections of their ready-to-eat favourites. Nibbles-to-go include their trademark mortadella ham (Italy’s delicious answer to billy roll), other salumi cuts and slabs of focaccia. A selection of pasta dishes, like their agnolotti del plin, which has already gained classic London-Italian status, are also up for grabs. Whether in complete self-isolation or on family lockdown, there’s something for everyone—even an unbelievably delicious beef ragu and taleggio lasagne to serve eight. Manteca

Mambow

Chef Abby Lee and team Mabow are offering an online delivery service of their most popular dishes and signature lunch bowls. Breakfast, lunch and weekly meal plans will be available to Londoners from Monday to Saturday. Mambow

Townsend

Townsend founder Nick Gilkinson and head chef Joe Fox have reconfigured their signature dishes into a delivery friendly ready-to-eat format—there’s even a curated wine list to complement the plates on offer. With prices starting from £10, any bottle of wine ordered entitles diners to a free glass of wine once the restaurant reopens. Your local supermarket stripped bare? Never fear. The brilliant folk at Townsend are also offering an “Essentials” box of fresh eggs, dried pasta, flour, chopped tomatoes, milk and butter and a “Seasonal” box jam-packed with fresh vegetables, seasonal greens and crisp Braeburn apples. Brat

Tomos Parry and the team at Michelin-starred Brat on Shoreditch’s Redchurch Street have launched Brat Farm, Grill and Wine Shop. Brat will be continuing to support their network of small farmers, growers and fisherman, with a market stall brimming with fresh vegetables, a delicatessen selling prepared food (think grilled asparagus salad and house-made bread), and a wine shop complete with on-hand sommelier to offer tips and recommendations. Tomos and his team will also be grilling whole crabs, fish and smoking potatoes for takeaway and delivery. Brat

Honey & Co

In the coming weeks, Sarit Packer, Itamar Srulovich and team will be boxing up and hand-delivering their Middle Eastern fare. Seasonal mezze platters, sharing mains and even their famous feta and honey cheesecake can land on your doorstep, all ready to serve. They have lifted all delivery charges on deliveries to zones one and two and have removed restrictions on the catchment areas. Orders can be placed over the phone on 020 7388 6175 or by emailing enquiries@honeyandco.co.uk. Honey & Co

Bar Douro

Bar Douro, the insanely delicious Portuguese restaurant in London Bridge (and, as a more recent addition, The City) has a wine list to rival places six times its size. In these testing times, they have made a selection of wines available to enjoy at home, with cases now available to order. Choices include a creamy white from Bairrada, a rich red from Bojador and Churchill’s port, which is delicious mixed with tonic—and ideal if you’ve had to cancel a trip to Lisbon. One pound per bottle will be donated to Hospitality Action. Email info@bardouro.co.uk to place an order with free delivery within the U.K. for full cases. Bar Douro

Loyal Tavern & Riding House Café

Well aware of the current strain on supermarkets, House Café Company has turned Loyal Tavern in Bermondsey and Riding House Café in Fitzrovia into emergency “grocery stores” and delis. Shoppers can expect organic and sustainable ingredients, including eggs, pasta, rice, fresh vegetables, charcuterie and wine. There’s even toilet roll for those in need. Both restaurants will also be donating boxes full of fresh ingredients to the eldery. Riding House Café; Loyal Tavern

Smoking Goat

Smoking Goat, the much-loved Thai barbecue bar in Shoreditch, has launched Smoking Goat Curry Shop: a short daily menu of freshly made Thai curries and curry pastes delivered straight to diners’ doorsteps. This service will support both Smoking Goat’s network of British farmers, fishermen and growers (ensuring their produce doesn’t go to waste) and the restaurant’s staff who will cook and deliver the curries. Smoking Goat

Passione Vino

Stop press: supplier to London’s top restaurants, Passione Vino, have just launched a wine-on-wheels service courtesy of their trusty Vespa. Steer clear from the mass produced varieties that line (or, in today’s world, probably don’t line…) supermarket shelves and select your ideal bottle from an independent producer.

Ozone Coffee

It’s nose to the grind for Ozone Coffee roasters, delivering their single origin beans or an acclaimed trio of blends nationwide. If you’re in the area, they’ve also launched a takeaway service from both their Shoreditch and Bethnal Green sites. That’s the morning caffeine hit sorted. Ozone Coffee
