EVANS, GA (WFXG) - Bottom Line Bakery and Cafe owner, Kelsey Burack explains what it's like when you walk into her bakery, “you can get anything from scones, croissants, Danishes all kinds of baked pastries to cupcakes to little mini cupcakes custom wedding cakes and custom birthday cakes.”
Burack is no stranger to TV. She won Chopped Sweets Season 1, Episode 7 'Million Dollar Desserts' I’m a chopped sweets champion. She says, "Chopped Sweets was otherworldly, I would say.”
Since Chopped Sweets, she’s opened her storefront in Evans nearly two months ago, “Starring in chopped sweets gave me the validation in my career choices and the confidence boost I needed, ”explains Burack.
From running the business out of her home to bringing her storefront to life, “it’s been a journey and I did it all my self”
It's not just a bakery but also a cafe. Burack says, “The best moments are when folks come in and they are just wowed by the environment, by the smell and it kind of brings them home and brings that nostalgic fresh baked goods and memories and that’s what it’s all about for me.”
Bottom Line Bakery is located at 4534 Washington Road in Evans. They're open Wednesday through Friday 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
