The 'Great San Juan Bautista Rib Cook Off' heats up for 19th year
The "Great San Juan Bautista Rib Cook Off" starts Friday for its 19th year. Teams from all over the country, and even one from Australia, are competing to see which BBQ can make rib falls off the bone and jaws hit the floor the most.Reigning best "Best Sauce" champions Austin Texas Lightning and "Best Ribs" champions Chicago BBQ are back to retain their titles. There will be vendors as well as BBQ available. The cook-off will be from April 26 through April 28.
